Donese Gordon experienced a  mothers worst nightmare on May 29, 2018.  Her son, Grant Payton and two of his friends ages 15 and 19 were gunned down after leaving a local McDonald's and returning to his friends house with the intent to be robbed.  Grant was only 16 years old and  a upcoming junior at Creekside High School. He was shot 3 times and died inside of his friends house where his friends mother along with some of his other friends watched him take his last breath on the living room floor. The 15 year old was shot in the jaw and is in icu, and the 19 year old was found dead inside of the car.
Grant was such a good kid who loved school and was recently hired at his local Chick Fil A  which was his first job ever. Grant was overly excited. He had big plans for his future at such a young age. Anyone that knew him would tell you nothing but good things about him and his smile could light up a room.
He went to his friends house to spend the night and never got the chance to make it back home to his family. He was taken from his family and love ones without any remorse. No mother should ever endure that type of pain or have to bury their child His mother Donese Gordon has not received any answers from the local police. Instead of preparing him to get ready for his junior year of high school she has to prepare for his funeral. We're asking for donations to help a broken mother get through this hard time.
