Please help save this puppy !! :(

This little man was born on July 16, 2015. We noticed after the first day of nursing he was loosing weight, and started bottled feeding him and have been for the past 4 weeks. He is the "runt" or so we thought  and super tiny. At this point he is only 1.75 lbs. His brothers and sisters are 5-7 lbs.  I brought him into the vet to have him checked because although he eats alot we are really struggling to have him put on weight. He is funny looking for a bulldog but we assumed its because he is so small he has to catch up to the rest of them once they all start eating real food., but today he was aspirationing food from his nose and kind of sluggish. As soon as the vet saw him she questioned a condition called Hydrocephalus (Water on the brain). She stated that between the shape of his head, the fontanel (soft spot on head) is still not hard and it should be, and his bug eyes its a sure sign. My heart almost died. To top it off he has a cleft pallet that was missed when he was born of the hard and soft pallet (which is super uncommon) and due to his size and he has been eating with the bottle that wasnt even a thought. She has no idea how I have kept him alive this long, with the pallet issue and the surgery needed for this type of pallet is pretty much a one shot deal.  I can not afford one surgery let alone two at this time. I have cared for this little man for over 4 weeks. wakeing every 2 hours for him to eat now we are at 4 hours in between feeding. He is happy, runs around, loves to socialize with his much bigger siblings makes sounds i have never heard any dog make, actually sounds like a child. I dont not have the heart to put him down if there is a chance he could still live a long happy life. He may only need two sugeries, but the probability is high he will need more and requrie extra medical care latter on.  All money raised will go to his care surgery and on for his extended care. Please help me save him. I am going to the nerusurgeon for a consult beggining of next week . To get the in and out of what needs to done with his head and how long I have to do it before he ends up with neru issues. I have placed a call to the other surgeon for his pallet. Do to the uncommon nature of this he needs a highly specialized surgeon and prayers it can be done and on the first try. If all goes well this weekend and  I keep him thriving till I have more answers and you can help me save him he will atleast have a chance.
