Help with medical expenses

I got diagnosed with gastroparesis over 10 years ago. The past few years have been a stuggling to stay alive. I got a gastric pacemaker put in last year but my health is declining again. Disability only provides a limited income to survive and unfortunately the new medications and doing a bunch of testing in preparation for a feeding tube to be put in. I'm essentially starving to death. I'm 31 years old and weight 85lbs. I need help so bad to stay alive. I would never have started this if I wasn't desperate. Please help. Any amount is appreciated.
