Kate Goes Mobile!

For four years, our community has been blessed and enriched with Kate's presence . From our farms to our yoga studios, she literally moves and shakes the earth and its people. She inspires us to dig into our roots and trust our ground to cultivate our most authentic selves. She welcomes us into space, accepts us as we are, holds us an extra breath...or five...in that challenging moment, encourages us to laugh and laughs with us as we wobble in our growth, and leaves us with humble gratitude for all of it.  Her own deeply healing journey has led her to a new practice in Integrative Energetic Medicine and now calls her to the road. This Earth Mama's packing her camper and is off to heal the nation! Please join me in gratitude, support, and celebration for Kate as she starts this next chapter.
