KBG KOLTS 10U ROAD TO NATIONALS

Our youth tackle football team – the 10U Kolts from the Kendall Boys & Girls Club, in Miami, Florida– have had a unbelievable and spectacular 2018 season… going undefeated and on their way to winning their fourth straight league championship!   In addition, the team won the Football University (FBU) National invitational where they competed against teams from various states.

Kendall Boys and Girls Club is a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami and is the home of the Kendall Kolts Football League, a not-for-profit organization. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami, is a well-established 501 (c ) 3. The Kendall Kolts Football League competes within the Miami Xtreme Youth Football League which is also a not-for-profit organization.

The Kolts tackle football program at the Kendall Boys & Girls Club provides a safe, family-oriented environment for nearly 250 kids from various ethnicities across the entire socio-economic spectrum.  Team members develop lasting friendships amongst their team and are mentored by volunteer coaches that hope to have a positive impact in their lives, while instilling life-long skills through the wonderful game of football. 

As the team manager, I am extremely humbled and proud of the accomplishments our 10u team has achieved over the last 4 years. This team truly deserves to be able to participate in a national tournament. Unfortunately without the financial help for lodging and travel expenses the boys would not be able to attend. Any support you are able to give is appreciated.  All money raised from this Go Fund Me will be distributed equally to all 10u families attending the national tournament in Tampa, Florida to help offset the cost of lodging and travel.
