My name is Liz and I am attempting to raise money for my Brother Kris to help with Attorney Fee's & Travel Expenses as he fights to keep custody of his Son.
Kris is a Single Father and Active Duty Airman in the U.S. Air Force and has been serving our Country for 15 years both Abroad and State Side. He has been deployed to Germany, South Korea & multiple times to Southwest Asia.
For the past 9 years Kris has had Physical Custody of his Son while maintaining his military career. Kris came down with orders for his next Duty Station to Germany. Approximately 3 weeks before it was time for Kris and his Son to leave for Germany, the mother of Kris’s Son filed a Petition to try & stop his Son from going to Germany with him. Even though Kris was within his legal rights to move his Son with him, the Court ruled temporarily in her favor and Kris was forced to proceed to Germany without his Son. As you can imagine both Kris and His Son are heart broken. They are each other’s world.

As most of you are aware our Military is underpaid for their job duties & sacrifices made for our Country. The Court System is typically not in favor for Father's Rights, and Family Law Attorney's are very expensive. If you feel led, Please consider helping us fight to keep Kris and His Son together.
