Kemmy's Homegoing Fund

My uncle Kenneth (Kemmy) Whiters was a victim of a violent hit and run accident. That occurred on 7/23/18. Located on 41st & Lancaster Avenue Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That ended fatally. Because of this; it has left our family with so many questions and heartache. The family is asking for any help that you maybe able to provide. The driver has not been found. Nor has the driver turned themselves in. This assistance will help with the funeral funds that need to be paid.
