Help Kenny As He Battles Melanoma
Donation protected
This is Kenny, aka “Harry the hat”, a nickname he got as a baby for taking our dad’s hat off and wearing it every night when Dad got home from work. Harry is a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He loves his family, car shows, Nascar, racing remote control cars…..and Ozzy Osbourne!
In May of 2017, at the age of 49, he was diagnosed with 4th stage melanoma. His prognosis is “terminal”. After a 5-month trial that seemed to be helping, it stopped working. Now, he is undergoing immunotherapy that has also, unfortunately, stopped working. His tumors are growing and his heart is weakening. His ability to work every day is now over and leaves him with no other means to make a living. He has a 19-year old son in college and a 17-year old daughter in high school. His wife has now set up a home office to care for him while trying to manage her professional responsibilities.
He has a mortgage, major medical bills, car payments, college tuition payments, among the other day to day expenses we all incur. We need your help to meet these financial demands. He and his family are a very proud group and have always faced challenges privately. However, as we all know, pride doesn’t pay the bills!
Can you spare a dollar, or two, or five, or ten? Whatever you can spare will help. We all want the time God is going to give him to be filled with laughter, love, and memories we can all cherish…not financial stress. If you can’t help financially, can you please share this with everyone you know to help us raise this much needed assistance? Most importantly, PRAY FOR HIM AND ALL WHO LOVE HIM!
Thank you for reading this, helping us, and passing our story along. Our family prays you never have to go through this experience with your loved one. God bless you and yours!
