Hendrix twins snowboarding dream!

Devin and Barrett Hendrix are my  8 yr old twin girls.  My husband and I have been teaching them to snowboard since they were 3 yrs old. It is something we all  love to do together as a family. So this year it happened.... They are too good for us to continue teaching them! We have invested a good  amount of $ into getting them coaches, boards, gear, etc. in order to let them continue doing something they love. They started competing this winter. They have only done 5 competitions so far and they have brought home 5 medals each! 3 golds, 5 silvers and 2 bronzes! So far at least one of them has qualified for nationals in April. Not going to say which one..... But we believe the other little lady will be going too. They both want to be national champs this year but we need to keep them competing. We have 14 more USASA comps to go this winter and between registration fees and lift tickets and travel the costs are adding up. They LOVE  competing and meeting new friends and just being up on the hill. They have both told me many times that they want to go to the Olympics one day and I believe that they can make that come true. They are riding 5 days a week including evenings after school and in our back yard with a feature we set up for them. They are driven. We don't even have to push them! The best part is when we tuck them into bed at night and they have huge smiles on their faces and tell us that they just had the best day of their lives. I know that by next winter they will probably get some big name sponsors and people will be offering and wanting them to ride their boards and wear their gear, but this year we need help. We are looking for people to help with registration fees and lift tickets for the contests. These girls promise to do their best and want to represent you one day in the Olympics!!!! They are my two tiny babies with glasses that are now confident little ladies. We love what snowboarding has already done for them and want to continue to give them this opportunity. Thank you!!!
