HokTomten is a fellow redditor who is in the hospital over the holidays after receiving a new kidney.  His one wish for Christmas was to get Assassin's Creed Odyssey Collector's Edition.  We are hoping to raise enough so this man can get that.  The name of his kidney at this point looks like it's going to be Kidney McKidneyFace (this could change!).  We wish Hoktomten the very best in the future and would like to give him something to look forward to.
