Kiki Rogers FMSC Haiti Mission Trip

Greetings to all my family and friends,

It is with great joy and anticipation that I’m writing to you.  I feel I have been called to go to Haiti on a short term Feed My Starving Children Mission trip June 10-15th.  Though I know the trip will not be easy, I feel the joy of helping those in need will outweigh this physically and mentally exhausting trip.

Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.  Haiti is the poorest country in the Western hemisphere, Haiti has long been the country that has received the most FMSC food annually. FMSC works with roughly 200 partner organizations in this small country, ranging from large mission compounds to small churches and orphanages. On this FMSC Haiti trip, I will encourage and support Haitian leaders and missionaries who are spending themselves to see their communities built up, both physically and spiritually. I will also be documenting this work through my photography gifts.  
 
I’m writing to offer you the chance to help the Haitians.  There are three ways that you can help:

1) Please pray.  Pray for this suffering country of Haiti.  Pray for our team that everyone will get passports, vaccines, and funding before the trip.  Pray for the safety of our team.  Pray that our services will show God’s unending love.  Pray that the hearts and minds will be open to God’s gift of nutrition.
