Fund King Courteen's Debut Album

Since childhood, music has been the backbone of my life. Growing up with my father being a pastor and my mother a music teacher, music was always around. From early on it became more of a way of life than anything else.

In recent years, my love for writing, playing and performing has brought me more joy and meaning than I can put into words. Writing has allowed me to accent the highs and lows of life, bringing me out of my darkest times and making the good moments that much better. Playing has allowed me to become the person I am today. I feel more myself when I’m playing music than when I’m doing anything else. Performing has allowed me to connect with a community of people that I can’t imagine my life without. For the past 5 years, I’ve performed all around Milwaukee and I am beyond thankful for the support from the community.

I’m confident that now is the time to take my music to the next level. I will be recording my debut album "Old Adam" and taking it on the road, but I need your help! Every dollar raised will go directly into the making of this record and funding the materials that go into being a touring musician.
