Kitten Tom needs emergency care

Tom has five sisters and lives with 7 other cats. I've had constant visits to the vet for the past few months to treat digestive problems of one of his litter mates. Now, Tom is sick throwing up blood, and I can't afford the emergency care he needs at this moment. Help Tom get better, this baby is struggling!
