Lewis Davis Recovery Fund

On Pride weekend, my former partner and close friend Lewis Davis, of north London, was victim of a suspected vicious attack in south London, which has left him with permanent damage in his left eye. While we are grateful the damage wasn't worse, this is still a life-changing injury. He is going to need help emotionally, physically and financially.

More will be posted about this incident once the police have released full details, as it is still under investigation. In the meantime, Lewis and his family would appreciate any help you can provide, which will go towards more advanced eye treatment, private counselling, living costs due to loss of income and replacing stolen property.

Priority for any donations will be for living expenses due to loss of income and the cost of private counselling. Secondary, donations will be put towards replacing stolen electrical items not covered by insurance. All other monies will be used to help Lewis rehabilitate to a full working life.

Once the goal is reached, full funds will be transferred directly to Mr Davis. If the goal is exceeded, Mr Davis will keep this for ongoing treatment.
