Help My Sister and Me Bury My Mom

Our Mom passed away early Thursday morning. Through her life she kept over 150 foster children. She touched everyone she met with kind deeds and an endless willingness to give. She was true to her emotions and would tell you her honest opinion. She was special and there's no one like her. 

For all the she has done for those around her, she deserves all the bells and whistles as we send her off. However, to cut the cost we have settled for a viewing and cremation as well as a private scattering of her ashes at the beach. She didn't have insurance and we don't have enough money to pay. Any help would be appreciated.
