Mallory's Weightloss Fund

My name is Mallory, and I'm trying to raise the funds I need to complete my weightloss surgery journey. My insurance covers the procedure itself, but it doesn't cover the little tihngs that go with it: the dietitian, the psychological evaluation, the meal replacements, etc. This money, while not a great sum, would change my life. I cannot have the surgery until I have the psych eval and complete the dietician courses. I need this money by December 16th, 2016 so I can finish the steps to surgery. As I said earlier, this would change my life. I would be able to get off my high blood pressure pills, I would be able to play with my 6-year-old, and my overall health would improve greatly. We are a single-income military family, and I would be eternally grateful to every single donor. To live a healthier, better life is all I desparately want.
