Sinus Surgery

I have to have Sinus surgery. All 8 of my sinus cavities are full of infection and swollen shut. I have been smelling a sour smokey smell for almost 4 months now. The Doctor requires that I have his portion of the fee paid in full up front before I can have the surgery, which is scheduled for 3/23/2019. If I don't get the fee cost then I will have to wait several more months before I get any relief. The constant pressure and smell have driven me to the point of madness. I need help. The fear is that waiting too long could cause the infection to spread to the surrounding bone and possibly further. Please share. I only need 330 people that spare $20.00.
