Loene's Staying Alive Medical Fund

This is for Loene Hollis' "Staying Alive" journey.
She was diagnosed early June 2015 with a large brain tumor. A few weeks later she had surgery to remove most of the tumor, but they were not able to remove a part that is on her brain stem. The first week of Sept., Loene was started on a regimen of chemotherapy that involves 3 different medications over a 7 week cycle. She will be having this chemotherapy treatment for a year. The cost for this portion alone is astounding, not to mention the outstanding hospital bills.
Since the recovery time from her surgery, Loene has only been able to work a few hours a day. The side effects of the chemotherapy make working even more difficult. Loene is self-employed and has no benefits or paid time off. With all the bills coming in for the surgery, continued medical care and the chemotherapy treatments, this is very overwhelming. Loene being single and sole income provider, the financial concerns add to the physical and emotional stress.
This double-sided burden is too much to bear alone. Perhaps you would consider coming alongside Loene and helping in a tangible, financial way. Also, continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you !
