Thanks be to God the Department of Veterans Affairs giving me a Permanent and Total Disability Rating. Because now my wife Rachael can go to school and receive Chapter 35 Education Benefits.  In order for my wife to begin school at Nichols University in the Fall we need to sell our home here in California. We have an incredible home to sell with so many perks there's too many to count. Sadly, we are broke! I have poor credit due to medical bills from my injuries sustained in Iraq. Recently, I had to spend my savings of $2,500 on my car that needed a new serpentine belt and front end. Ugh! Then our taxes didn't come in because of one piece of paper that I didn't know of until I filed...We are hurting for money and need help.  We have terrible credit from medical bills stacking up and no one will co-sign for us to get carpeting in.  S0....right now we need $1200 to install less-expensive carpet in order for a FHA or VA loan to be approved. A miracle has happened a friend of ours is willing to do it if we put up half. Please support us through your donations. We are selling this house to move out and grow our family is the light of God's wisdom. We want the same love this house gave us to be given to the next family. And we want every opportunity for them to get that! If combat has taught me one thing it's to be forever grateful to those who help and make sure moral is high. These funds will be put to use immediately by Kount on Us Carpet out of Hesperia. They have given us the best quote for the job so far at $2,400. The remaining amount of funds will be used as 'just in case' something happens and we need to replace something like baseboards and paint. April 17th is listing day. Hopefully we'll be close... I have always been an action man. I don't have any proof of honesty other than my word as a Soldier, Warrior, and loving Father and Husband.
