Kyra Hayes was tragically killed in an auto accident the afternoon of October 21st, 2016 on Highway 35.
Kyra is one of 4 siblings, and is the daughter of Ione & Luke Hayes . This loss has been a shock and a tradegy to the communities of Ellsworth and River Falls, Wisconsin. Their friends have established this Go Fund Me campaign in their name to help cover funeral expenses during this unexpected and devastating tragedy.
Kyra turned 16 this past July, and was a junior at Ellsworth High School. Kyra enjoyed singing at events, and working together with her family at her father's local sandwich shop. Through her strong faith, her involvement in school activities, her work as a camp counselor, and involvement in her church, Kyra touched many lives and was an excellent role model for the children she cared for.
All funds go directly to Ione & Luke Hayes for a Memorial/scholarship in Kyra's name. Any thoughts and prayers will be appreciated as much as any financial assistance. The family is grateful for your kindness and generosity and thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.
This beautiful girl was taken from us far too soon, and her light and beauty will be missed terribly.
