Battling Crohn's Disease &then some

Dear Friends and Family,
It has been over a month and it has taken a lot of courage, embarrassment, and difficulty in lowering my pride as I have never asked for help but I am now in dire need of it. As most of you know, I have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease since 1994 and very rare and aggressive form of it. Doctors have tried every single drug ever invented for it and I have endured multiple surgeries over the last two decades. Recently, my condition has progressed for the worse and I have to undergo aggresive chemotherapy to get me back into remission. This has been the most difficult situation I have ever had to go through in my life and feel utterly helpless.
The first sign was my extreme weight loss...I lost at least 35 pounds in the course a little over two months, withering me away at 99 pounds, maybe even less. My body is not retaining any nutrients or fluids which mean no amount of food, protein shakes, or water help with weight gain. My body is rejecting anything I put it in and I'm losing a pound every other day. I have one more month until I get word on whether or not this extreme treatment will do the trick. If not, the only hope for me is surgery which has always been the very last resort because it would be a very high risk procedure with only a low success rate.
Because I have been incapacitated, I have no source of income and my savings have been depleted. I can't afford medical expenses, prescriptions, food, and even any basic necessities. So I'm turning to my loved ones to help in any way you can, even if it's just well wishes, anything would help. With all of this, I am still very hopeful, positive, and pray everyday.
