This wonderful man we know as a Dad to 4 amazing children, a grandfather to 4 awesome grandkids, a husband to his beautiful and loving wife Debbie, and a friend to all whom have met him!
Lance is a one of a kind person. He’s someone who listen’s to you, looks at you as a friend and is always there when you need him. Always!!!
An advocate for fitness and good health all his life, who share’s his vast knowledge and experience with everyone!!
He’s shares his healthy way of living by working with many people of any age, especially men and women over 50, who need it the most.
His day starts about 3 am where he gets himself ready by thanking God for all his blessings of family and friends, before he begins training people starting about 5 am.
In addition he does weekly radio on 550 KFYI, Iheart radio where he reaches tens of 1000’s, his show is the Doctor Fitness Show and he’s been doing radio since 1992.
Lance is a 2 time Mr. Universe and Mr. America and was recently inducted into the 2019 National Fitness Hall of Fame, such a great honor for such a wonderful kind man.
He puts others before himself and would do anything in his power to help those who struggle with physical disabilities and many other health issues.
Over the years Lance has worked with men and women with MS, Parkinson’s, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Polio, Traumatic brain injury, some could not walk on their own, helping them to lift weights and gain strength to walk!!!
He not only gives and shares his knowledge but he shares his huge compassionate heart too! Often training and helping people who could not afford to pay him.
Recently Lance has fallen ill with double Pneumonia which progressed to CHF (Congestive Heart Failure), due to a virus/infection which reduced his heart function to 20%.
The doctors opinion was that, his physical condition and healthy lifestyle saved his life and his prognosis is good so that he may return with his strong determination and God’s will to a full recovery.
His hospital stay and extensive procedures necessary have exceeded Lance and Debbie’s ability to pay. The doctor and hospital expenses have reached well over 500 thousand dollars. Please we are reaching out for your help.
