Larry and Susan Lefors Relief Fund
Stefan Lefors parents', Larry & Susan LeFors, lost everything August 18th, 2016 in the Louisiana flooding. This was the childhood home of Stefan and his brother Eric in Denham Springs, LA. Larry Lefors built the home himself 34 years ago.
After several days of heavy rainfall, the Amite River crested at record breaking levels, sending flood waters into the home. The house was under several feet of water and they lost everything. The home is uninhabitable. In addition to their home, they lost cars, furniture, personal belongings, photos, etc.
Through God's grace no one in thier family was hurt. They are greatful for all the prayers they have received from so many. There are a lot of unknowns for them at this point. This is the only home the Lefors family has known for over 30 years.
Stefan is the head football coach and athletic scheduler for Christian Academy of Louisville. Stefan Played for the University of Louisville from 2000 - 2005 and served as starting quarterback for 3 seasons. As part of the Christian Academy and University of Louisville families, we have set up this page to help get his parents back on their feet.
Please pray for this family as they try to figure out how to overcome this major disaster. If you are able, consider a financial gift to support them during this difficult time.
The Lefors family is humbled by the support and are so appreciative! Thank you so much for considering to help them and please continue to pray for Stefan and his family as they go through the difficult task of rebuilding their lives.
