Last Concert Before Trip to India

Hello everyone!
I would love to thank all of you for your continous support throughout my personal and academic life. I can actually say that this has been one of the most stressful yet fulfilling semesters of my college career. I am thankful for all my friends who have pushed and supported me through it all. As the semester comes to a close, and I think about all I have to look forward to this summer, I realize that I will be in a completely different country for a couple of months without the people I love the most.
As you all may know at the end of May I will be traveling to Assam, India to teach English at an academy. I will be abroad for 2-3 months, and will then be returning to Florida State University in August to continue working hard. I will be returning as an accomplished 2017 Global Scholar, and I will be serving as the 2017-2018 Pride Student Union External Affairs Coordinator & Peacejam Coaching Staff Intern.
As I think about my trip and all of the time I will spend away from loved ones, I realized that almost all of my friends are going to be together at ONE event this May before I leave. Only one. YUP, they are all going to be at Rolling Loud in Miami from May 5-7. This is one of my last opportunities to spend time with people I really care about before they graduate, or before I go abroad.
This is why I am reaching out to all of you to help me accomplish a major friendship goal. I am currently unemployed because of strenous circumstances, and all of the money I saved up has gone toward program, passport, visa, a $1000+ plane ticket and housing fees for my India trip. It would make my whole life and a half if I could have this opportunity to not only see my favorite artist in history for the first time, but to also create that safe space for myself with friends before I go and miss them like crazy!
