Laura's Fund

Our Darling Yankee has so kindly given us permission to help her. As most of you know she has been recently diagnosed with Metastatic Cancer. The irony of this pig of a disease choosing Laura is not lost on us. Her dedicated nursing career has always been all about the people she cares for, be it in the research field or caring for people while undergoing the very treatment she now has to endure.  

Our aim of this fund is to allow Laura and her loved ones to either go on a short break or do what ever the want to really, to spend valuable time together. Laura is a Mom of two beautiful children. The reality is none of us know what the future holds so please help us allow them to make some special memories.
Laura has been an outstanding woman and nurse for as long as I have known her she is selfless, loving and always goes above and beyond for those that she meets.
It would mean the world to us to be able to give a little back and show her just how much she means by spoiling her with time with her stunning family. Sadly sick pay only lasts for six months so perhaps this fund can take the pressure off a little.
