Legal Costs for Civil Dispute v Trans Activist

The widespread silencing of women who refuse to bow down to male demands and give up their sex-based human rights continues. I’m currently being sued by a former Greens candidate for daring to question the party’s policies on gender and using male pronouns to address a father of three. I’ve spent months working with the Feminist Legal Clinic to prepare my defence and fight a damages claim for financial compensation. By the time this case is back before the tribunal next month, my legal fees are expected to total $5,000 (a heavily discounted fee, but still more than I can afford on my own).
