My brother Leroy, was one of a kind, he was 57 years old and a father, he meant so much to all of his family. Leroy also served time in the United States Army. He was not around very much, but when you did see him, there was always a great big smile on his face, I have never ever seen him with a frown . He was always a happy go lucky person. Unfortunately, he had no insurance, so we are asking for funds for burial expenses. We will need the funds as soon as possible. I will be in charge of of the final expenses.
