Our❤️goes out to Ashley
Donation protected
On December 1, 2018, my beautiful, kind hearted niece Ashley Young was reported missing in the Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids area. She had last been seen on November 29th at 1:30a in Mulligans Bar with a man named Jared Chance.
After endless searching, a call came through to the Grand Rapids police station about a mysterious smell coming from an apartment basement. Upon investigation, the remains of a young woman were found. This apartment complex was the home of Jared Chance. He was arrested and charged with mutilation of a body and concealing a body.
At first, police were unable to identify the remains due to the condition of them. DNA was sent to be tested . On December 7th, 2018 it was reported to Ashley's family that the remains were indeed hers, despite all of the hopes and prayers.
Please consider making a donation so our family can lay our sweet Ashley to rest that she deserves. Donations will also be put to helping her mother with finances. We need closure and time to heal our hearts after this tragic incident. Ashley was a blessing to this world who was taken too soon in a way that's nobody could ever imagine.
We love you Ashley (LeeLee)! You will forever be in our hearts and memories.
