My friend Noah Dionesotes is going through some stuff and it's not getting any better. I have known him for over 25 years and he has been a close friend during this whole time . He has had MS for many years and went from walking, to a cane and now to a wheelchair.    Everyone that knows Noah can agree he is a great dude, a great father and step father and needs to try to make this happen .  The MS is taking a toll on him and we are trying to raise money to send him to the Mexico for stem cell treatment . As you all know this is a terrible disease and Noah is being and staying as strong and positive as possible . He knows he has a long fight and it's been a long fight already. He has a great support group on his side with his best friend and soulmate Kelly, her son and his daughter as well as family and friends .   This is a very humbling experience for all involved and we ask for anything you can possibly give to help get Noah get back on track and get things moving in the right direction . Over the years Noah has touched each and every one of you in a special way and his smile and positive attitude has made us all smile with him .   Please share this so people that can help hopefully will.
