Lexie's Heart Surgery Fund
Hello & Welcome,
I would like to start my introduction by clarifying a few important facts about the person that I am today. The facts are as follows:
I am the most loyal and honest person that you will ever meet and I do not like to ask for help and/or financial assistance. I am a hard working single mother of two angels that God has blessed me with. I have never asked for assistance before now as I have always paid my way.
Being a mother is such a gift and I want to ensure that my daughter's futures will be preserved in a way that they can live full, happy, and most of all healthy lives. I know first-hand the struggle of a working mother and/or a stay at home mother trying to make a decent life for her children while depleting herself during this process.
Now, I have shared the person that I am today, let me tell you about the person I used to be. My name is Alexandria "Lexie" Schwalbe and I am almost 35 years old. After all that I have been through my lifetime, I finally believe that God has deliberately spoken to me confirming what I always knew about myself at the age of 5. I recently asked my grandmother why she named me “Alexandria” which means "The defender of Mankind" after Alexander the Great.
My grandmother picked that name for me because she wanted me to be strong and determined. And I am determined to live right now and because of my faith God has told me to ask for help. So I am asking for help, for the funds to lock into this place for me to recover at and have my two dauthers at. I know God will provide and I need to have faith.
With air quality like it is in Boise due to all the fires burning but I have now been moved up on the priority and could possibly have my surgery any day or I am going to have to get on oxygen.
Now newly divorced and I am waiting for my house to sell to get the money I need to secure a place for me to recover from heart surgery and take care of my children with my new custody arrangement. Until my house sells I have no money to move anywhere and have someone who will rent a place to me but I need to have $10,000 by October 1st, 2017 to secure this place.
There is another person that this place could rent this place and if I don't get it now I will lose the place to recover and have my kids as a single mom now. Any help out there would be great, most of the people I know don't know the full extent of this surgery and the recovery is the hardest part.
I don't know if my house will sell before the 1st and I pray it does so that I can rest and continue the rest of my pre-operative testing for the failure of my mitral valves. I have two beatiful dauthers and I need to get better so I can be a mother to them.
