Lindsey's Ms Wheelchair America fee

Thanks to the support of her friends and family, Lindsey won the title of Ms. Wheelchair TN 2018! She immediately hit the ground rolling full speed. She's so excited to get out there and make a difference in all levels of the community and government. She is also using this passion and excitement to start getting ready to compete for the title of Ms. Wheelchair America 2019.
Her dream started when she previously won the title of Jr. Ms. Wheelchair TN in 2001 and she has always had the goal of competing in the Ms. division and beyond. Since then, she's done great things to show that her disability is NOT going to hold her back. After her diagnosis with Thyroid Cancer in 2013, she realized that life was too short not to follow her dreams. That led her to be a part of the music industry here in Nashville and to start her own music promotion company that she has been running for 2 years. Over the past 4 years, she also has been writing a personal blog that has not only helped her throughout her journey, but she hopes that it has also helped her readers with whatever they might be going through in their own lives.
I am asking you to continue supporting her on her journey and to help send her to the national Ms. Wheelchair America pageant in August in Grand Rapids, MI. The love and support of her friends, family, and local businesses mean so much to her as she continues on this journey to prove that she is deserving of the title of Ms. Wheelchair America 2019.
She can use her title to continue using her passion for helping people with disabilities all over the country and encourage them to pursue their own dreams and passions. This will give her the opportunity to continue to show others that their disabilities should not deter them from pursuing their passion and following their dreams.
All of the money raised will go toward the entry fee, travel, dresses, and other personal expenses for the pageant. The entry fee is due in May 2018. All of the money raised beyond the goal amount will be donated to the Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee organization to help them continue spreading the message of the importance of advocacy within the disability community.
Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and any donation is tax deductible. (contact us if you require a receipt and form)
