Hello family and friends of Colette Lindstrom (nee Litke)
As some may already know Colette was a victim of a suspected drunk driver accident on Dugald Road and the Perimeter on Saturday, Septemeber 2.

At this point Colette is stable but has a very, very long road ahead for recovery.
My name is Michelle Szajewski and I am a friend of Colette and Jason. This page has been made as a way to support Colette's husband Jason, her two children Kevin and Nicolette as well as her parents Debbie and Keith Litke along with her brother Jared Litke and his partner Mary Somerville as they support Colette while she heals and rehabs back to health.
There are many costs that can add up in these terrible situations and this is hopefully a way that we can all show that we care and assist the family at this time.
***********************************************************
The purpose of these funds is to assist Colette's family with:
Fuel Costs driving back and forth to Winnipeg from Beausejour
Food cost whether at home or in Winnipeg while the family focuses on Colette
Hotel housing if required to stay close by Colette while she is still in hospital
Any assistance when Colette finally comes home whether it be therapy tools or renovations to Colette's home which would help with mobility while healing
Possibility of loss of wages for Colette and/or Jason
The biggest point of this page is to have funds available to help with whatever helps them in this situation.
***********************************************************
In times like these a lot of us are not sure how we can help or what to do.
If you are able, please help.
Any amount is more than enough to show your thoughts and prayers are with Colette and her family at this time.
I will be withdrawing funds on behalf of Colette and passing them on to Jason for him to disperse as he sees necessary. Money will be given to Jason via money order so we are able to account for all donations.
Thank you in advance and we all look forward to a speedy recovery for Colette.
Everyone loves you Colette and is thinking of you and praying for you.
