Lisa's After Surgery Recovery Fund

Hello, my name is Lisa Smith and at 43 years old I have been diagnosed with Level 4 Patellofemoral arthritis. I have to have both knees completely replaced. As a result, I have been unable to work for 6 months and l will be unable to return to work for some time after the knee replacements occur.
