Toddler Badly Burned, Needs Surgery

A few weeks ago 18 month old Vladislava spilled boiling water on herself, she is now suffering from 2nd-3rd degree burns. She needs to go to Germany to get 2 seperate plastic surgeries on her neck. If she doesn't, when she gets older the skin won't grow back properly and that could result in issues with her neck. She lives in Ukraine with her single mom, Yana, who is the mother of 2 children. Yana can't afford the surgery and she needs all the help she can get! Anything helps, God bless.
