Fundraiser for Tammy's Boys
Donation protected
On March 1, 2019, a corner of the world dimmed when we lost Tammy Ramos Eberle as she was murdered in her home by her ex-husband.
What happened that afternoon is horrifying and almost unspeakable, but for the sake of two young boys, we have to tell her story, and we hope many will respond.
Tammy was a vibrant, loving and generous woman -- a daughter, a sister, a prayer warrior, a dear friend, and most importantly, the mother of two young boys. Tammy seemed to have a double portion of vitality and energy, faith and love. She was always laughing, joking, dancing,
and singing. She loved God, she loved people and she loved life.
Over the past month, everyone who knew Tammy has been left baffled, wondering how something so evil could have happened to someone so kind and compassionate. In her eulogy it was said, “Tammy had such gratitude with a thirst to learn and grow, yet she modeled pure
goodness and taught us all so much wisdom. She taught us what healthy was.”
So how do we respond to the kind of evil that would take a vibrant, loving, generous woman from two young boys who desperately need their mom?
We respond with an outpouring of love and generosity. We show both boys that although there is evil and tragedy and horror in this world, there is also tremendous goodness and kindness and caring.
Tammy was known for saying, “Feel the feeling, but don’t become the emotion. Witness it. Allow it. And release it. Acknowledge the negative, and replace it with the positive.” Let’s live like Tammy and acknowledge that her death was the result of evil, and then let us join together to
overcome the evil and replace it with a positive outpouring of love, prayer and generosity to help both boys.
On behalf of myself, Assunta Swier, I am asking you to join me in ensuring that love is stronger than evil.
Will you please help me?
This campaign is approved by the Ramos Family.
**** All proceeds will go to the guardian of the boys Sharon Ramos (Tammy's Mother)
