local bartender hit and run victim in Wilmington

I am reaching out to the community of Wilmington to see if I can get help with medical and loss of work expenses. I'm not one to go public about many things but unfortunately I was the victim of a hit and run as I was walking to work downtown Wilmington. https://www.wwaytv3.com/2019/02/26/bartender-hit-while-walking-to-work-wilmington-police-searching-for-driver/  Because of it being an ongoing case I dont have access to any funds to help pay for any of the damage done until the person is caught, and that is a big if... So friends and family have reached out to me and asked me to start this page to be able to help where they can.  I will be out of work for some time and any help would be truly appreciated.  And I want to thank all that have been so supportive through this whole process. I truly thought I was going to be alone through all this but faith in humanity and everyone that has reached out has proven otherwise.
