Grow Vinegar Production

Here at Locally Good Farm, we need to expand our Apple Cider Vinegar, other fruit vinegars and Herbal Cider Tonic production space. Several of our products are selling very well, but demand for the ACV is more than our farm can currently supply with the space that we have! We are currently making the products out of our certified kitchen, cramming in industrial shelves full of vinegar everywhere. But, we have run out of room. Out of our 900 ft' home, we are running our business, raising our 17mo old son and a baby on the way!

We need to convert our garage into a production facility by: building an insulated wall w/ a double door in place of the garage door, running plumbing to the space, and making it climate controlled.

My husband and I started our farm 2 years ago. We have since been growing various produce items to see what grows well in our microclimate, remodeling the farm house to a livable state, are raising ducks for eggs, have a toddler and another baby on the way! We have created a sustainable farm that uses no chemicals, and organic soy-free feed. We are trying to do this using only money we make and not getting too far in debt.  So far we are selling in 20 small stores, and the Yancey County Farmers Market. I am still working a 2nd PT job to make ends meet, but it's not enough to do what we currently need to do to make our dreams come true. Thank you for your help in doing this!
