Reward Fund for Missing Raymond Lamar Green

The fund is to raise a reward in the case of Raymond Lamar Green, kidnapped November 6th, 1978 after his stay at Grady Memorial hospital. He was just five days old. Raymond has been missing for 40 years, and his mother, Donna Green, has NEVER stopped looking for him. Donna is an advocate, speaker, activist, and constant supporter of the families of other missing persons—and yet, she has never seen a reward raised in her own son’s case. 


We would like to change that. Atlanta Police Department has encouraged Donna to raise a reward in Raymond’s case, as it is the best way of generating tips, leads, and perhaps even leading to resolution. When infants are kidnapped, they are often raised BY their kidnappers, sometimes in the same areas where they grew up. The publicity a reward could raise would be life changing for Donna, and perhaps even game changing for Raymond.
