Lorna Horchover Battle with Cancer

Our friend, Lorna is fighting cancer again!  After surgery to remove another tumor, it has been discovered that she will need more surgery and treatments.  Currently, Lorna is downsizing her home and moving closer to Doctor's offices.  As so much time is spent with appointments.  With no sick or vacation days remaining, work has suggested she go on disability. Disability has a six week waiting period. Stuck in the "due process" system, waiting for lost wages.  Another, financial strain on her one income family.  Lorna is a proud Mother, but approached social services, only to be let down.  It seems, she falls through the cracks, not qualifying for any help.  With surgery and treatments in the near future, we are hoping to lesson some of the financial burden.  So Lorna can concentrate on beating this horrible disease!  Thank you, our thoughts are with Lorna and her family.
