Support for Henry Gomez

Henry Gomez is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.  A native of River Falls, WI, Henry is a talented musician and performer, who was active in his high school band, and is an active member of the musical community at UW-Eau Claire and the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps.  On Saturday, September 17, 2017, Henry was involved in a life-threatening accident that resulted in a serious head injury.  After extensive surgery, Henry now faces a difficult road of healing.  These tragic events, beyond their physical and emotional toll, will result in a great number of expenses for Henry and his family.  Henry is such a wonderful person, that we know he is loved and respected by everyone he has met.  Therefore, we ask all that know and love Henry to give to support his family through their time of need. Thank you.

I am Dr. Ward Miller, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As Brass Caption Head of the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, Henry was a member of my hornline through the 2016 and 2017 seasons. I am working on behalf of the Blue Stars to raise these funds to assist Henry’s family with these medical expenses. All funds raised will be delivered by personal check directly to Henry’s family by myself, on behalf of the Blue Stars.
