Love for Luca

Thank you for joining Team Luca!  Meet our fearless leader and Team Captain, Luca.  He is 7 years old and loves all things that most 7 year olds do:  Legos, Paw Patrol, joke books, pizza and chicken fingers!  He is by all accounts a normal kid.  On December 12th, however, Luca and his family found themselves in a very abnormal situation.  Luca was diagnosed with Leukemia.  The cancer is in his bones, lungs, kidneys and beyond.  While at Children's Hospital in St. Louis for treatment, he has quickly worked his way into the hearts of the doctors and nurses with his infectious laugh, constant joke telling, sweet manners and high spirits.  He is a champ!  He is doing everything the doctors and nurses tell him to do and he does it with a smile & grace.  This charming fighter knows that lots of exercising, resting and eating is what will keep his body strong to fight this disease.  Your love and support will make him even stronger.
