Help Me See My Daughter

I haven't seen my daughter, Destiny, since she was six months old. I fought for many years for visitation, photos, and phone calls and was granted visitation at her mother's convenience due to my living a great distance from them. I was supposed to receive photographs and be allowed to call, but her mother never followed through on her end. All of my attempts to talk to Destiny or ask for photos of her or see her were blocked by her mother. I now have the opportunity to ask for joint custody and I need help with attorney fees, court costs, and so forth. Please help me if you can so that I can do my very best to have a relationship with my daughter. She has an entire family that she's never met: a younger brother, a step-mother, a grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins and a father who loves her very much. I've waited 15 years for an opening to be able to be part of Destiny's life and I don't want to lose it. Thank you in advance for any help that is given. It is truly appreciated.
