Lucy's Surgery: A Chance for Life

Hello! This is Lucy and Jackie! I have volunteered at a shelter in Greece called Bronx Familia Animal Shelter—they do not have very many funds for food, housing, and creating more space for the dogs—but Lucy and Jackie are a special case! They got hit by a car 5 months ago and Jackie is fine, but Lucy has a chronic diaphragmatic hernia—which means she can die at any time without surgery. No one in Greece does this surgery and my mother is a veterinary technician back home. I want to adopt them and take them home but the surgery is around 8-10k! I can fund at least 5k of it myself, but I want to save her—the surgery would save her but she needs your help—ANYTHING HELPS. Any extra will go to the shelter as a donation.
