Without Treatment, Luna Will Not Survive
Here's my Story:
A beloved family member Luna who is a 5 month young Lab Pointer Mix has recently contracted the deady life-threatening parvovirus. Untreated, the survival rate is 5 - 10%. Treated, it goes up to 80%. Once an extremely active, loving and cheerful dog, Luna can hardly even move, won't drink water, excreting blood and on deaths door.
The expected vet bill is $2000-$3000 depending on if a blood transfusion is necessary.
I am out of work, have no savings, no credit and no one I know is willing or able to help. I have used the last of my emergency fund for treatment for my daughter with cerebral palsy. I am in a truely terrible situation.
So here I am, reaching out to anybody willing to put anything forward to help my beloved family pet survive.
It would truely mean the world to me for any help you can extend. From donations to sharing on Facebook.
PS. I run a typically seasonal business selling wordl-famous Cowichan Knitting. You can browse the items here: Face of Native - All proceeds of all sales will go towards Luna's treatment. I will also be blowing out of my clearance section and adding much more items within the next day. Use coupon code SAVELUNA for 10% off.
