Recovering from a house fire

Today my Aunt and Uncle lost everything due to a house fire. They have not been able to go back into their house and retrieve anything that hasnt been completely damaged. They are also missing their cats and are hoping that when they are able to go in and search for them. The fire occured because of  difficulties with a heater inside the 2nd floor.
