The end of March Lynn woke up with a lump in her neck. She went to the doctor after her daughter told her it didn't look normal, they did a CT scan. After the CT, ultrasound and biopsy, they found out she has Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma.
She started her chemo on 4/14 and will have it every 3 weeks for 6 rounds so about 18 weeks of treatment. She will have blood work and PET/CT scans in between to help monitor her blood counts and progress of treatment. It's a very curable cancer.
Lynn has also had a brain tumor in which she had surgery and is under control. She will continue yearly brain MRI's to keep it in check, but worries the Lymphoma Cancer will spread to it.
As medical bills will and are piling up, this page was created to help aleviate those worries and focus on treatment. Every little bit helps :)
