Help the Pierce Family

Update: Thank you to everyone that has donated to this very deserving family.  I wanted to update this campaign with the latest. What we currently know is Allyn Pierce and his family are staying with a family member, the Hospital where he and his wife both worked is badly damaged and will take a long time rebuild. Allyn has been set up to withdraw from this fund as needed. They have a long road ahead like many families.

Allyn has already began paying it forward. My Son and his father lost their home too; yesterday I finally had the pleasure of meeting Allyn and he came carrying a fishing pole, tackle and a tackle bag for my son (fishing is his life and he lost all his stuff in the fire). For someone that has lost everything but is taking the time to support others speaks volumes to this families kindness. 

This fund will help his family begin to find a new normal, a home with a yard for his dogs and help pay for day to day life since they both lost their jobs as well.

Thank you to the outpouring of kindness and generosity you have all shown.

I saw this truck at our hospital this morning, then found his post on his IG @the_pandra shuttled patients and co-workers TWICE from the crazy #campfire in paradise CA. What an amazing story! YES those are burn marks on the truck and melted head/tail lights, the wheel wells are gone. Toyota USA this beats the pants off of any other commercial for any truck. Just his picture right here. This guy whoever he is, is a true #hero
