Heroes With Heart

Heroes with Heart is a local Illinois children's charity that brings hope, joy and adventure to Kids suffering from a major or life-threatening illness. With our team of super volunteers, we want to help these Kids leap over their illnesses and put smiles on their well deserving faces. We hope our Heroes will be loved and admired by adults and other kids! There is no need for secret identities when they are battling an illness. We want our Heroes to put on their capes and masks and show everyone just how strong and brave they are! Heroes with Heart are assembling Hero Kits filled with a Superhero cape, mask, stuffed animal with cape, and other super hero memorabilia. We have personally seen how a cape and mask can spread happiness and joy among Kids. We are starting with 50 to 100 hero packs and if it's a success we plan on 200-250 a year! No amount is ever too small to donate!
 
We want our kids and families to share their stories By posting stories and photos on our HEROESWITHHEARTIL Instagram and HEROESWITHEARTIL facebook pages, with the hashtag #SHOWYOURBRAVE  to help other Heroes know we are all part of their battle. Together we can stand tall and help them all fight as much as they can.
