Hello Friends. Where am I going you ask? Beijing, China!

It’s my second semester as a freshman at Morehouse College and I have immersed myself in the methodology of becoming a Morehouse Man. This means I pursue all opportunities to gain knowledge and experience in my declared majors: Economics and Chinese.

Morehouse College is offering an opportunity to travel to the University of Science and Technology in Beijing, China this summer. I have been accepted to the program and secured a scholarship to partially fund the educational portion, however, it does not cover the extent of my travel expenses. Unfortunately, I am restricted from utilizing financial awards designated directly to my studies at Morehouse.

Yes, I can go and YOU CAN HELP SEND ME TO BEIJING, CHINA. I need an additional $2300 by April 13, 2017, or I will be forced to forfeit my scholarship and the chance to complete one year of my Chinese study this summer!
