Malibu fire burned rescue ranch

* I am responsible for overseeing the withdrawal of funds from the campaign and delivering the funds to Mary outside of GoFundMe*

Spunky's Rescue Ranch in Malibu, CA was burned to the ground and ~30-40 cats perished. Mary did her best to save as many as she could but the fire was too close and too fast. She was able to save about 45+ animals from her ranch but everything else is gone!  Mary put her life and soul into saving so many precious animals even in times when her husband was sick and hospitalized. She is a sole rescue with very few volunteers . We would like to raise money to help her rebuild and get on her feet. She is currently driving around trying to find a place to stay with her husband, six dogs and a couple dozen cats. Her 4 horses are safe at the ranch for now. 

Can you please spare even $5.00 to help Mary with the essentials that we all take for granted: clothes, food, supplies for animals, toiletries, food for the cats and dogs, a place to stay while she figures out what to do. 

 Mary has such a big heart and could never turn someone away when they would beg her to take their cats because they were in a difficult position and couldn’t keep them. She rescued senior cats from high kill shelters and took cats that no one else wanted that were deemed “feral”.
